Coronavirus (COVID-19) Safety Update by Cosmopolitan Heating Services Inc.
Cosmopolitan Heating Services Inc. is taking the following precautions against Covid-19 to keep our community safe:
Our first priority is the Health and safety of our employees and Customers. We are taking Coronavirus outbreak seriously. We will take all essential precautionary measures in order to ensure the safety of our team members & customers. We will provide following compulsory sanitation products to our employees for their protection against COVID-19: • Masks • Single-use gloves • Disinfectant wipes • Hand sanitizer Our Team will also act upon the following procedures for precautionary reasons: • Observing PHAC updates and following all guidelines on COVID-19. • Confirming from our customers if any of their family member has been diagnosed with Coronavirus before entering their home. • Our technicians will not be shaking hands with customers to keep a safe social distance, instead they will wave their hands after completing their work. • God Forbid, if our any employ will have flu like symptoms, will be instructed to contact the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and follow their instructions about COVID-19.

Our Customers are also requested to take the following precautions on daily basis: • Wash your hands often by using soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Note: If soap and water are not nearby then use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. • Do not contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness. • Do not touch your face, nose, eyes or mouth. • Stay at your home if are suffering from flu. • Cover coughs and sneezes with tissues. If tissues are not accessible then have your arm on your face for not spreading germs. • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces daily in household common areas like tables, chairs, door handles, phones, tablets, touch screens, remote controls, keyboards, desks etc.) We all have to do our part to ensure the safety of our community in this difficult situation.
